Items back-ordered always receive first priority handling. Freight charges for a back-ordered item are your responsibility. You will be charged freight for any back-ordered item just as if it was shipped with your original order.

Emergency Orders

A $25 convenience fee will be charged for all emergency orders

Order Discrepancies

Check all orders immediately upon receipt and contact us within 5 days on any discrepancies or we cannot be responsible for errors.


Special Orders

A 30% deposit must accompany all special orders. Some special orders may be subject to a cancellation charge. The balance is due within 30 days of receiving the order.


Due to rapid changes in our economy today, all orders will be invoiced on the basis of prices which are in effect at the time of shipment. Please feel free to confirm prices at any time.

Returned Merchandise

If you want to return an item, please call for authorization, otherwise your return may not be accepted and sent back to you.

Conditions for Returns:

Item must be in original carton and in good condition.

Returned within 30 days of receipt.


In most cases a 35% restocking fee will be charged, however for non-stock items, the percentage our suppliers charge us will be passed along to you.
